Yes, it really looks amazing. A bit further down there also is a mosque where only the minaret looks out of the water…
…though on the other hand it is rather sad that Turkey has to flood so many nice, historical and ancient places.
I’m especially sad that beautiful Hasankeyf will be flooded soon. You can read about it when you click here.
