  1. The position is perfect, the way his shoulders are inclined slightly and he is angled ever so slightly from the camera. It seems like he just paused and turned for a moment, and you caught it. And it is the fact that he had the time to pause and turn, the freedom to offer us that moment, that gives me the sense of how “at home” he is in this setting… He seems as relaxed and matter-of-fact as the land itself.
