love the colours and lines in this
… as they say if the shoe fits 😉
or are you giving them the boot?

Does the boot have a special significance, or would another incongruous object have worked as well for you?

Maybe that boot is made for walking, like some men also do!

There is a distinction between standing in a boot and standing on a boot. But in English, spoken rapidly, the audible distinction between the two words is hard to discern. Therein may lie a confusion. 😉

Really interesting responses to this! I noticed that everyone could walk on water too, even felines.
Me, I am boggled completely and go round and round; the suggestion of a Zen koan again, without an answer. Or perhaps like a nice song that gets stuck in your head but is missing some lyrics.
    Lovely surreal.

All I get is questions: Are these global warming waters going down now? What are we doing out here? Is there any way back to the office? Who let the cat out?

The cat is actually a lynx. So you better be careful.
As to your other questions, it depends what office, the waters and where we are outside. But I guess it all comes down to the right shoes. 🙂
