Has this flower some special fragrance too? In India we have never seen this.

…well, I had never seen this flower before – I took the picture at a park in Trabzon, Turkey.
…actually I cannot remember it’s smell – but it was in a flower bed with several different flowers – so probably the fragrances were overlapping.
