I love this. The men and their expressions and accordeons are quite magical by themselves, but with the stars right behind them like emanating holy light we see in some religious paintings, it takes the photo to another level of beauty. And those stars look to me like they belong to an EU symbol?

Yes, the stars are from the Euro sign in front of the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.
