Now that you mention it I remember the song…
…I haven’t listened to Bowie for ages.
The title has more to do with the story I had in my head when working on the picture.

Thank you very much.
Well, I mostly do it in photoshop and use several filters to blur images and then blend the layers. But I do it differently every time. Depends on the effects I want to create.
