In fact, we continue to buy more and more prefabricated food. So, we buy what we are offered and eat it like sheep! Maybe I’m wrong Very best regards Martina

I think many people do that – though I try to keep buying fresh products – though you don’t know what kind of chemicals were used on them…
…I think the whole food production is quite sick.
However, I always eat different things – so I can take the different poisons in small doses. 🙂
