A beautiful little sparrow.. I can not wait for Spring.. But in the mean time.. I feed the birds daily and have lots of little sparrow visitors..

This lady is almost certainly already carrying from several males and waiting for the spring to set up a nest with one of her suitors and raise their chicks 🙂 I hope she is successful because Sparrows are on the ‘endangered’ list in the UK because of the massive drop in their population here. I have a very small local flock that sleep in a neighbour’s hedge.
