No, these are the famous pistachios from Gaziantep…
…over here (and I guess at least in most parts of Europe) you usually get them with shells – and you don’t find such a quantity as well…

Wow! Wow. That is a lot of pistachios! They are my favorites, and indeed my favorite flavour for ice cream too. But I don’t think I’ve ever seen them like that before. I always think of them as green. 🙂
