Sorry to say I don’t understand this one at all. Some reference I’m not getting…

Well, it really is a guy putting up decorations – so there is no hidden meaning here or reference here (like in some of my other pictures). I took the picture a day before the birthday celebrations of Yerevan where they put up this lampion-like-things up everywhere.

I think the last time I played volleyball must have been at least 25 years ago.
But no, the photo is really of a man putting up decorations. I used double exposure and also deleted some parts of the original picture.
