I like the painterly feel to this. Very nice! The power lines holding the frame together is also interesting. A subtle intensity.

Where is this place (in addition to being partly in your imagination)?

If you mean the background – the town with the mountains – that is Goris in Armenia. The other elements I used are from all over.
