I thought I saw this one earlier this year. I liked it then, and like it still.
What hits me the most on this second viewing is how casual the sheep and the wolves are. Nobody’s hungry right now, nobody’s scared. One wolf is a bit bored, that’s all. There is an innocent sense of “all is well.” For us older, wiser spectators, we know that this can change in a flash. This is the perfect moment to catch this scene 🙂
