Wonderful python photo. It looks like a carpet python, but I can’t say for sure.

Thank you, Timothy.
I don’t know what kind of python this is – but if I find out, I’ll let you know.

Wow! It’s not often we can see the scales of a snake’s skin, this is so beautiful, Rabirius.

I understand that met on your way?

Yes, I met him/her during a stroll through the local zoo.
Here we only have very small snakes, and they are usually shy and well hidden.

And I already thought that he met him on his way, but it was good at the zoo

Though I think they are not poisonous, and this one was not too big…
…so I guess it would have been fine. 🙂

Marvelous shot. Where was this taken if I might ask?

Thank you.
Well, it was taken at the local zoo. So, nothing exotic. 🙂

Yikes! Great detail for goodness snakes! I’m not a snake fan – so happy it’s in the zoo. I don’t ever anticipate going for a stroll in an Amazon Jungle at dusk.

Well, I would go to the jungle. Maybe not running around there by myself – but I think it can be interesting.
