Let me share the intriguing journey of bringing my creations from pixels to paper. It all began in 2013 with “A Book of Photographs,” a decision to showcase my work beyond the digital realm. Partnering with Blurb proved a wise choice, delivering top-notch quality that spoke volumes.
Yet, exclusivity lingered as these gems were tethered to Blurb alone. Fast forward to “States of Being,” and my focus shifted to German bookstores, courtesy of BOD. A reliable choice, though distribution was an online affair – primarily Amazon.
The Archive Series followed, a nostalgic revisit to timeless captures. A minor hiccup with BOD arose – they found “rabirius” an unconventional author name. Nevertheless, they published it. However, a new publisher was in order.
Epubli emerged, accommodating my unique moniker with a switch to “.rabirius.” We elevated the format, divided some editions, and maintained top-notch quality. The only snag? Limited distribution – mostly confined to Amazon.
As I embarked on the quest for a new publishing ally, I tried Lulu’s international distribution. Yet again my mononymous identity hindered that option, reminiscent of past publishing hurdles. But, at least, a silver lining emerged: This obstacle resulted in reduced distribution fees by selling it via Lulu’s own book store, ultimately making my work more accessible to readers worldwide.
Now, I am delighted that my latest creation, “Strange New Worlds,” is finally available: A visual odyssey that defies conventional boundaries and lets you delve deep into surreal landscapes, where reality blurs and imagination reigns supreme.
Embark on a captivating journey through my artistic evolution, exploring realms that challenge perception and ignite your own imagination.
Stay tuned for the unfolding chapters of this literary journey!

Yes, we can surely discuss this, Matt.
I guess it would probably best to do it via e-mail I think.

Hi,
I decided to use a shop now for selling prints. I still need to upload a lot of pictures – therefore I haven’t officially posted the information in my blog now.
You will find the shop here: http://rabiri-us.pixels.com
If you would like to acquire a picture I haven’t uploaded yet, you can post the title here and I will try to take care of it as soon as possible.
Thanks and greetings,
rabirius.
