I was afraid, most people wouldn’t notice it. But it turns out they do 🙂

How on earth can you make pictures like this? Are the diagonal lines part of an actual building or are they added? What happened to everything else? Lordy! I can imagine this as a print hanging in a waiting room, and me losing track of the time and being surprised when my name is called.

Thank you for your nice compliment, Kim.
Well, how did I do that?
I took a picture with the house in the back ground and deleted everything else. Then I added the European Central Bank, the characters, and all the shadows. Then I mixed down the colours and created an artificial double exposure (which, I think, created the diagonal lines you mention). Well, this was basically it, with a few tweeks here and there.

love it, somehow reminds me of this book “Solaris”, by Stanislaw Lem…

Thank you.
It has been a couple of years ago, since I read Solaris – but as I remember it, it only plays on a space ship 🙂
