It has been three years since Places to Visit came out, but now my new book of photographs is finally available. The title is “States of Being” and it focuses on, well, states of being. The photographs show landscapes, people, animals and other subjects or objects that are either here or there, above or below, inside or outside, in motion or still. But it also addresses the problem that we are always in several state of being at the same time. I am here, but you would probably say that I am over there. I am above the floor of my room, but below the roof of the house. So, where am I?
If you are interested to look into the subject of being, you can start with my book. Certainly, you can also buy it to see some of my pictures in printed form.
The book is now available at most bookstores in Germany. If you are not in Germany right now, you can also order it via Amazon and many other online retailers. There also is an eBook version that you can find at Google Play, Apple Books and many other stores. The eBook will be on sale for six weeks, so you’ll get a €3 discount if you buy it now.
